Jointfill
Jointfill, also known in the building industry as expansion former, Saigex, Jointex etc, is a flexible and superior material for forming expansion joints for brick, concrete and other building work.

Available in a variety of pre-cut or custom cut widths, thickness and material types and with or without a tear-off strip (allows for a uniform sealant gap).

All SGT materials available are superior to conventional joint forming material, such as polystyrene, soft board etc, in that they are waterproof (no swelling or rotting) and very durable (no hardening, disintegration). They are also very flexible for ease of use in circular/arch concrete/brick work.

Groutstop
Groutstop is an open or closed cell foam strip with a peel-off adhesive, that minimizes/prevents grout loss through the joints in concrete formwork.

This minimizes material wastage on site and improves the quality of workmanship by allowing for a neater and smoother finish of the concrete. Available in a variety of material widths, thickness and densities.

Chord
Also known as poly chord or backer chord, this product is used to minimize sealant used for deep joints, as a barrier for brickwork/concrete or to minimize/close gaps.

It is also used in various ways in a host of differing industries (packaging, promotional, furniture manufacture, recreational and construction).

Completely water and dustproof, very light and easy to work with and extremely long lasting. Available in a square or round profile in a variety of diameters, sizes and materials.

Used in construction as a protective barrier that creates a cushion and moisture block between concrete work and products such as laminated wooden flooring, carpeting and in many other applications.

Underlay is water/dustproof, light, easy to use and is an extremely long lasting product that greatly increases the life and comfort of a floor.

Available in various thickness and widths and with/without a plastic laminated backing sheet of various thicknesses (100MIC, 200MIC)

Toggles
Toggles are"key forming " materials, used in various construction and manufacturing processes. Toggles are generally inserted before the casting process, and removed before secondary casting - allowing the two castings to "key" into each other.
